BEE SCORECARD (Pty) Ltd, a black empowered company, was established late in 2004 by the two founders, Dave D'Aguiar and Fred Ward.

The Company is committed to achieving the objectives of BBBEE by providing a highly effective BEE rating system to the BEE industry and business enterprises in search of a comprehensive, reliable self-assessment solution.

The BEE Scorecard business is a solutions provider to empower businesses with knowledge and capacity to manage and control their BEE strategy.

• The business is closely associated with pointBreak Entrepreneurs (Pty) Ltd ('PBE'), part of the pointBreak and April 27 group (www.pointbreak.co.za & www.april27.co.za).
• PBE, with an executive team consisting of well experienced accountants and lawyers with a strong corporate background, are primarily focused on the SMME market in terms of providing management-, operational-, capital- and capacity management services. PBE's black empowered vehicle is also an investor in BEE Scorecard and the PBE team is represented on the Board of our business.
• BEE Scorecard (Pty) Ltd (www.bee-scorecard.co.za), a privately owned IT solutions company, specialises in web based IT design and provides the IT expertise behind the BEE SCORECARD system.
